I’m Maya Nguyen, a beauty and lifestyle creator based in Ho Chi Minh City. This policy explains how I use information shared through this website, including collaboration inquiries.
Information you share and how I use it
When you send a collaboration inquiry, you share your name, email address, brand or website, inquiry type and message. You can also include a target date and budget. I use these details to reply, discuss your project, prepare a proposal and manage any collaboration we agree on. Please only include information relevant to your inquiry, and avoid passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.
Submitting a collaboration form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. If you separately subscribe to updates, your email is used for those updates and you can unsubscribe. Where applicable, information is processed to take steps toward a contract, manage business correspondence, meet legal obligations or act on your consent.
Website services and external media
This website is hosted on Framer. Hosting, form delivery and email services process information needed to operate the website and deliver your message. Technical information, such as browser, device and connection details, may be processed to deliver pages, protect against spam and maintain security. Videos and links from YouTube or TikTok are subject to those providers’ policies. Loading embedded content or opening a link may share technical information with that service, which may use cookies or similar technologies.
You can manage cookies in your browser. I do not sell personal information. Information is shared only with providers needed to operate the website or manage correspondence, people involved in an agreed project where necessary, or authorities when required by law.

I keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond and complete related discussions. If we work together, relevant correspondence and project records may be retained during the collaboration and afterwards where needed for accounting, legal obligations or resolving a dispute.
